The Constraint Audit

A Personally
Tailored Webinar.
Built For One.

It isn't built for a room of three hundred people. It's built for one business. Yours.

What this is

You already know what a webinar is. You sit in, someone walks you through a way of thinking about your business, and if it's any good you leave seeing your situation more clearly than when you arrived.

This is that. Except it isn't built for a room of three hundred people. It's built for one. You.

For ninety minutes, we pull your business apart and look at the actual structure underneath it. Where your revenue genuinely comes from. Where it's quietly capped. And the three constraints that, once you can see them clearly, change what you do next.

You're good at what you do. That was never the question. The question is whether what you've built around your skill is actually structured to grow, or whether you've been working harder and harder inside a shape that can't.

Because that's the thing most people get wrong. They treat a structural problem like an effort problem. They push harder against a ceiling that no amount of effort will move. You can't out-work a structural problem. You can only out-think it.

That's what the ninety minutes are for.

In the room

What We Actually Do

For ninety minutes, we work. We map your business, find the three constraints holding your ceiling in place, and rank them. Real diagnostic work on your actual numbers, your actual structure, your actual situation.

We don't walk in with your answers already written. If we did, this wouldn't be an audit. What we walk in with is twenty years of pattern recognition and a clear idea of where ceilings tend to hide.

Usually it's somewhere in here. How your delivery is structured, and where your income is welded to your hours. How you're positioned, and whether you actually own a niche or just compete in one. How you price, and whether you're charging for something whose value has nothing to do with the time it takes.

Sometimes it's none of those, and the real constraint is somewhere you'd never have thought to look. That's the point of having us in the room rather than a checklist.

You leave with three constraints named, ranked, and a clear order of operations

This Is Not For Everyone

We're deliberately picky about who we run a Constraint Audit with. Ninety minutes of focused work from both of us isn't something we can give to everyone who asks, so there's a clear, reasonable set of criteria.

This is not for people chasing a shortcut. Not for get-rich-quick thinking, not for MLM operators, not for anyone hoping to skip the part where you actually become good at something. If you don't already have genuine expertise and genuine value to offer, this isn't the room for you.

01

You know what you're doing

You've spent real years becoming genuinely good at your craft. You have skill, judgement and a track record, and the people who've worked with you know it.

02

You add real value

What you do produces real outcomes for real people. This isn't about hype or a clever angle. There's substance under it.

03

You're building something serious

You're not dabbling. You care about the quality of what you create, and you intend to build something that lasts.

04

You don't need it all packaged yet

You might already have an offer, or you might not. That's fine. Working out how to structure what you know into something leveraged is part of what the Audit is for. What matters is that the expertise is real.

If that's you, keep reading.
After the call

Here's How This Goes

When you finish a Constraint Audit, this goes one of two ways.

01

You take the plan and run with it yourself

You can see your three constraints clearly, you know the order to tackle them in, and you'd rather build it solo. Brilliant. Take it, implement it, and stay in touch, we genuinely like hearing how people go.

02

You decide you'd rather we built it with you

You can see exactly what needs to happen, and you want it done properly and fast, with the people who do this for a living in the room while you do it. In that case we'll talk, openly, about what working together looks like.

Either way, you walk out with the plan.

So Why Would I Offer It?

Two reasons.

First of all, I enjoy it. This type of thing is what I do best, and it makes me very, very happy to see someone achieve financial success, and all that comes with it, as a result of the help I give them.

Second of all, it's how I attract top-level clients. Here's how that works.

Assuming you're happy, and you want me to crank out these types of plans for you all the time, you'll probably want to continue working together long term so I can help you implement them.

If that's the case, I might invite you to become a member of my exclusive and highly secretive group: The Order.

But look. If you don't want to become a client, don't worry about it. I honestly don't mind one way or the other. You can take the plan and implement it yourself, or you can walk away entirely.
